Zundert Mystery Fox Dahlia Tuber
A beautiful and very prolific mini ball! Zundert is listed as "pink" but, I think that's a bit misleading. They do, of course, vary in color throughout the season, and from place to place, as all dahlias do, but he's more like coral and burnt sienna had a baby. In arrangements, he could swing to pinks or reds and oranges just as easy as can be.
He does have an attractive green eye that's more pronounced in the hot season, but if you just let him keep opening up, it disappears. I kinda like it, depending on what I'm doing.
Not a super tall plant, close to just three feet. He still makes tons of blooms on dainty-but-stong, tall stems. Really really nice!
