Boom Boom White Dahlia Tuber
Boom Boom! This is a really great all around white ball. They're very productive and the flowers are a great size at 4+ inches. They occasionally in the cooler fall weather have the most beautiful pale blush in the eye, but otherwise are a great, clean white without any ivory in them. Some of the flowers can be very forward facing, which I don't love, but mostly they're perfect. The ball shape really resists weather damage.
Do watch your fertility and watering, if they aren't getting what they need, they'll blow their centers immediately. But once you get to know them and what they like, they'll do really well for you. Grasshoppers do love them, like they do with all bright whites, but they often make enough flowers to share a few with the hoppers.
The plants are very vigorous and tall, and the stems are super strong.
If you only want to deal with one white to fit that need (the demand for white is constant), this is a great one to choose.
