Hipcamp is kind of like Air B&B for beautiful camping spots on private land. Now you can come visit the farm, pitch your own tent, or book your time in our luxurious and cozy canvas bell tent! Campers have access to fresh farm produce, eggs, and meat, can tour the fields and gardens, play with baby goats, and even get their hands dirty alongside skilled growers who love to teach, if that's your style! Get away from the city and connect with the folks and fields who grow your food. Get grounded by getting back to the land. Revitalize yourself with clean air, beautiful food, and a glorious location.

Nearby Attractions:

  • Warner Lake--a sweet swimming and hiking park, less that five miles away. Wake up on the farm and spend the day frolicking on the beach.
  • Munsinger Gardens--Located just 13 miles to the north in St. Cloud, Munsinger Gardens is a truly beautiful public park, and great place for a picnic or a stroll along the great Mississippi River.
  • St. John's University--just 20 minutes west on I-94 from the farm, St. John's has a beautiful public beach and miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails that wind through some gorgeous old forests.
  • Our very own Silo Stage! Occasionally in the summer we host farm-concerts, fire up our pizza oven, and invite our community over to enjoy the long summer evenings! (Not till COVID is over, sorry!)
  • Need more ideas? Just connect with us, we know the area very well, and would be happy to make recommendations.

The perks of camping on a farm:

  • Folks can order any farm-fresh groceries they might want, and we'll have everything harvested, washed, and ready for your campfire grill. We have everything from the very best market veggies and herbs to eggs, chicken, goat, lamb, flowers, and more!
  • For anyone who's interested, we're always happy to welcome volunteers who are interested in learning a thing or two about sustainable agriculture. We've always got projects going! Just let us know you're interested and we'll let you know what we'll be up to while you're here--kids are very welcome! We can also arrange tours.
  • Solitude, or not! We have a sweet little community that lives and works here on the farm. Campers are welcome to enjoy some peace and quiet, or get to know our diverse little crew as it pleases you.

Stay tuned: we hope to be adding more sites, and more ways to cuddle baby goats! Summer 2020!
