Fresh. Vital. Local. Vibrant.

We grow a vast assortment of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers, and some grains. We only grow non-gmo seed and utilize non-certified organic and biodynamic methods. We also make a point to grow as many heirlooms as possible and to keep our varieties as diverse as we can.

But wait, what is it? And what do I do with it?
It's true, we grow some unusual vegetables, and we grow some familiar ones in strange colors. We answered lots of questions last summer and decided to make a veggie index to help inform, inspire, and excite all you wonderful Central Minnesota foodies out there. You'll find photos, descriptions, and recipes, all perfectly designed to bolster your bravery at the next market booth. Here's to fantastically wonderful food!
