Beautiful little nutritional powerhouses!
Quail eggs are awesome hardboiled in salads or in a caprese kabob, snack tray, or lunchbox. They're so fun to fry up and top pizza with, bagels, or burgers, and they're popular in sushi dishes!
The flavor is nearly indistinguishable from chicken eggs, and quail eggs contain more fat and protein by weight, double the iron and riboflavin, and about one-third more vitamin B12 than chicken eggs.
Our quail are fed a transitional/organic, soy-free feed.
