Salmon Runner Dahlia Tuber
Salmon Runner is absolutely gorgeous. I included a few flower-selfies in the photos because sometimes you just need to see a person to believe that the colors haven't been tweaked by a filter! The petals seemed almost painted they were such a complex combination of coral and smokey mauve. These are early, prolific bloomers on good strong stems with a medium sized plant that's easy to corral. I'd say if you leave them to bloom a bit longer than you think, you won't be disappointed--the green center goes away and the petal count just goes up and up! I love these, so much!
4 inch flowers, waterlily-esque, though classed as a formal decorative.
